With a plug-in hybrid powertrain, both models offer a power of 165 kW with a torque of 360 Nm. These specifications are striking, since other Stellantis models that use the same EMP2 platform and also have a plug-in hybrid propulsion system even reach 265 kW of power.

Likewise, the dynamic response of both variants of the Astra GSe is much better, as the height of the chassis has been reduced by ten millimetres.
