However, **the incentives depend on each municipality and the current programs**; they are not automatic or identical throughout Spain.

With pure electric vehicles, it's important to distinguish between two figures: the WLTP (official) range and the real-world range you'll achieve on the road. On average, on highways and in cold temperatures, the actual range is between **60–85% of the WLTP rating**. Regarding charging, pay attention to the power of the onboard charger (AC), usually **7–11 kW**, and the DC fast charging power, which can vary from **50 kW** in basic models to **250–350 kW** in newer ones: this determines how long it actually takes to recover some range.
