Fisker Ocean reaches three new European markets

The electric SUV from the Californian manufacturer is now on sale in three new European markets. These are: Belgium, Netherlands y Switzerland. The Fisker Ocean is currently being marketed in a total of twelve markets around the world. The company is already accepting reservations via the web in these three new European markets that we have just mentioned and the first deliveries are expected to take place at the end of this coming month of September.

As in the rest of the markets in which it is already present, Fisker has once again opted for direct online sales of its electric SUV, without relying on the creation of a new network of brand dealers.

In Europe, the Fisker Ocean is available in a total of ten markets. These are: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland are now being added to these markets. The Californian manufacturer also sells its electric SUV in United States and Canada, importing all the units that arrive there from Europe, since their production is carried out at the Austrian Magna Steyr plant in Graz.

The beginnings were never easy

As some may recall, the first deliveries of the Fisker Ocean globally took place in Denmark. at the beginning of last May. Since then, the company has been adding new markets, in order to increase demand while scaling up production. However, it is important to remember that the company has recently been forced to reduce its production target for the entire year, going from about 42 thousand units to just over 20 thousandThe reason for this reduction in production volume is apparently related to problems with the supply of some essential components.

In France, the European market closest to ours, the Fisker Ocean is available from 41.900 euros for the Sport version. The Fisker Ocean Ultra is priced at 57.500 euros. While the One -Limited Edition- and Extreme versions cost 69.950 euros.
