The new BMW i4 is filmed in motion near the Nürburgring
The German brand's new electric sedan, the new BMW i4, is entering its final phase before entering production, so much so that both the brand and fans are filming test cars in the vicinity of hot spots as varied as the Granada roads that provide access to Sierra Nevada or the Nürburgring Circuit.
In this case, we go to Germany, where our colleagues at Autoevolution have recorded at different times a perfectly prepared specimen with the usual vinyl that camouflages the test cars but with signs on all four sides that They indicate the nature of the same "Electric Vehicle Car", circulating on the tracks adjacent to the route also known as the Green Hell.
In the splendor of the Nuremberg landscape, the specimen appears joining a road and does so with an acceleration typical of electric cars: immediate, abrupt and forceful, as well as stealthy.
In the following shots we can see that the vehicle has a configuration far from what is understood as a sports car, especially taking into account the suspension that, on uneven ground, acts as required in a car where comfort and safety are paramount, being especially useful when the road appears bumpy.
Regarding the aesthetics, the front of this test BMW i4 shows a simulated configuration very close to that of the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé currently sold in dealerships but, ultimately, a magician's trick since it is clearly seen that a canvas or, in any case, a livery hides the true 'face' of this car, which could also be added to the new front with enormous and elongated kidneys that rather remind one of the teeth of a beaver as already mentioned in the prototype shown.
