The presentation of the Volkswagen ID.3 is just around the corner and, for that reason, it is not surprising that as we approach the month of September, some previously unknown details about the German manufacturer's electric car are leaking.
It was Volkswagen itself in Austria that published an interesting video on its YouTube account promoting the "Stunning features of the ID.3 and its fascinating design«. Video that, however, has only been available for a few hours during the afternoon of this past Wednesday (Spanish time) and that Right now it can no longer be seen as it has been removed.

Whether the publication of this video was perhaps a mistake by the person in charge of managing the Volkswagen Austria YouTube account, or whether it was instead a clever marketing ploy to create hype, we will probably never know. In any case, there have been quite a few people who have rushed to take screenshots that Now they have great value.
What could be seen in the video?
The promotional video very briefly showed the interior of the ID.3, with special attention to its two screens, one located behind the steering wheel and the other in the centre of the dashboard. This second screen offers information about navigation, controls for the music player and the climate control system. Five physical buttons could also be seen below this screen: to access the Menu, the climate control, activate or deactivate the hazard warning lights, contact assistance services and modify any of the different modes available in the vehicle.

The ID.3 will integrate its own Voice Assistant
Volkswagen also took advantage of this brief advertising spot to promote the voice control capabilities of the ID.3Without having to manually access the climate control settings, the driver interacts with the vehicle's voice assistant, alerting it that it is cold, and the latter is then able to raise the temperature set on the climate control by several degrees.
